ACCOMMODATION
All Out Africa has our own, dedicated campsite within the Lower Sabie site. Your accommodation is provided in two person dome tents, equipped with a mattress and pillow. You will need to bring a sleeping bag with you that is suitable for the season, it gets very cold during winter.
Lower Sabie has a shop, restaurant and swimming pool on site, which makes it a great location to relax in the hot summer afternoons or after a full day of game drives.
MEALS
Volunteers, interns and students receive 3 meals a day when joining an All Out Africa tour experience. These meals are provided by tour guides and are eaten together by the campfire in the evenings.
Breakfast is self-service from a selection of items including cereals, bread, fruit, yogurt, eggs and spreads. Lunch too is self-service from items such as bread, ham, cheese, salad and fruits. Dinner is a cooked meal which clients may assist with cooking on a rotational basis. Types of dishes served include pasta, stir-fry, braai (BBQ) and stew. Vegetarians and most food allergies can be catered for.
LOCATION
Kruger National Park is a world famous safari destination for good reasons! With an abundance of wildlife, the ability to see the Big 5 and great accommodation facilities it is a perfect choice for a true African experience. Kruger is nearly 2 million hectares in size and is home to an impressive number of species: 336 trees, 49 fish, 34 amphibians – , 114 reptiles, 507 birds and 147 mammals.
