Meet The Team – Menzi

At All Out Africa, there are many things that set us apart. One of them is our fantastic team! That’s why we decided it was time to sit down with our staff and have them answer a few fun questions about why they love what they do!

Today we are chatting to Menzi, our Sports Coordinator, who has been a part of the Swaziland team for over 6 years! Menzi has a crazy amount of energy, which is a great fit for what he does! Find out more below!

What is your favourite thing about your job?

I love waking up everyday and having the opportunity to interact with kids!

When was a time you thought to yourself “wow, I love what I do!”

Since I have been with AOA for 6 years I have had the unique opportunity to see our kids grow from pre-school to teenagers. My “wow” moment was when I saw one of our young boys, all grown up and playing in the premier league team!

Where is your favourite local hang out?

I enjoy spending time with my family (and new wife) at our church.

When you’re not changing the world, what do you do for fun?

A “fun” day for me is at the football stadium watching a game live!

When you wake up in the morning what do you look forward to most?

Each day I wake up blessed everyday, and I look forward to experiencing more.

If you had a super power what would it be?

Some people say I like to be in charge… So if I had a super power I would like to rule the world!

If you were a volunteer with AOA, what program or tour would you sign up for? (and why?)

I would sign up for the Sports Development project, because I love what I do!
