This is the story of Ntombikayise Mndzebele, who was sponsored by All Out Africa several years ago, in All Out Africa’s earlier years, and has gone on to work for All Out Africa!
In 2006, I started voluntary work at Valley charity organization NCP as a cleaner until 2008 when All Out Africa began sponsoring me. All Out sponsored me throughout my secondary education, from form 1 until form 5.
They provided me with everything which included a school uniform every year; and at that time I had a new sponsor by the name of Pauline Clark, who is from England. She did amazing things for us. Being sponsored through All Out Africa, saw the following happen:
My family was built a 3 bed room house;
Our home was re-furnished with beds, bedding, and so on;
They sponsored my daughter at a pre-school level for 2 years, and;
Sponsored my youngest brother from grade 1.
Pauline continues to help us as does All Out Africa.
I completed my schooling in 2013 and continued with my voluntary work at the NCP. In September of 2014, however, I began working for Lidwala Backpackers Lodge in place of one of the cleaners, but I was quickly made to be an intern at the Lodge and I am learning a great deal.
I am looking forward to getting a permanent job because it really shows that I was born for All Out Africa or to get another sponsor to further my education.
From zero to hero – rise All Out Africa and shine all over the world. Thank you!
