A 7-day beach adventure to the tropical paradise of Tofo Bay, Mozambique’s most famous beach destination. Relax on golden sand beaches, soak up the sunshine, snorkel with Whale Sharks and paddle to palm-fringed islands of the Inhambane Bay. This is Mozambique at its best!

OVERVIEW

After a devasting civil war that lasted almost 30 years, Mozambique has emerged as a peaceful democratic country transformed by heroic wartime leaders. This fascinating country has since opened up to the world and has become one of Africa’s top dive and beach destinations. 2500 km of unspoiled tropical East African coastline, a rich and colorful Afro-Portuguese culture, delicious seafood and very interesting history combine to make this vibrant country a must see!

ITINERARY

Please note that weather conditions may vary the order of the itinerary.

Day 1 – Departure from Lidwala Lodge Eswatini (Formally Swaziland) at 05:00 on set dates. Travel directly to Inhambane.

Day 2 – Wake up at Mozambique’s most famous beach, Tofo! Full day to explore the beach and the town.

Day 3 – Ocean Safari snorkeling in clear blue water looking for the mighty Whale Shark and the rest of the “Tofo Big 5!”

Day 4 – Full day island Kayaking trip to the beautiful islands of the Inhambane Bay.

Day 5 – Free day for you to do as you please. Relax in the sun, horse ride, surf, beach walk or party!

Day 6 – Another free day for you to relax and enjoy. You may like to go to Inhambane historic town.

Day 7 – Depart Tofo at 03:30 and travel all the way back to Eswatini, arriving late afternoon.
